Yes. Our newest release for the Microsoft Teams integration is compatible with both Call Events and Presence, 
but if you're running an earlier version of our Teams software, you're going to need a work-around for Call Events.
(incoming calls, outgoing calls and IM)

It requires a Plantronics headset and the PlantronicsHUB to work.
