You have to check a box under settings in MS Teams to register it as the default messaging app for Office.

When you download Busylight for Teams, remember to install the correct bit version for your Office installation. (32-bit or 64-bit)

If nothing works, you could try installing our Team Graph API software for the Busylight. It runs separately from Office.
