Yes, on software version 2.0+ you can customize Busylight via Registry Keys. This way you can mix the RGB colours (Red/Green/Blue) to create your own color scheme (see documentation).

No, sorry. Busylight does not connect as an audio device to avoid conflicts with other audio devices. The ringtones are built into the device and cannot be modified.

Yes, but only for Skype for Business on Mac, otherwise we have a manual color changer application. Get Mac software here.

No, Busylight is not compatible with the Microsoft Lync Attendant Console.

Yes, Busylight is compatible with Skype for Business, but not the free version of Skype (for consumers).

Yes, Busylight is compatible with Cisco Jabber version 11 and above.

Yes. Busylight is compatible with Microsoft Teams, but only in regards to your Presence state. The Microsoft API isn't, as of yet, updated for Call Events.

However - we do have a workaround for this feature. It requires a Plantronics headset and the PlantronicsHUB to work.
