Amtelco’s agent workstation applications support connections to USB based status lights to visually indicate an agent’s current activity status throughout the call center. The status light interface is designed to support lights at workstations where the agent application is installed as well as at workstations that run the agent application using a terminal server connection.
Web Agent, Soft Agent and Infinity Telephone Agent support Plenom’s kuando Busylight at agent workstations to indicate an agent’s status. The Busylight can be attached to any available USB port on an agent’s workstation. The integration supports both the Alpha and Omega Busylight models.
In Intelligent Series (IS) Supervisor Setup, the new Styles screen is used to program a Busylight to display a color and an effect based on the agent status during call handling. These Style settings can be applied to groups of agents using the Web Agent or Soft Agent applications.
In Infinity Telephone Agent, Busylight settings are configured on the Status Light page of the Setup Control Panel.
