Miralix has now made software available to integrate it’s ContactCenter software with kuando Busylight.

Thus, kuando Busylight is a natural addition to Miralix’ ContactCenter software, giving it more value.

You can now with the kuando Busylight. This tool is a status indicator to help employees save time and work more efficiently. Its light shows your colleagues if you are available for a conversation, busy on the phone or simply unavailable.
kuando Busylight uses plug and play installation: It automatically connects with the ContactCenter’s status and immediately after you will be able to work without unnecessary disturbances from your colleagues.
