Mitel MiVoice Office 250 now supports kuando Busylight through Mitel Phone Manager.

You might be attracted to its light, however, the Busylight is more than a presence indicator: it is an efficiency tool, a money- and timesaver, a quality-heightener, a staff-retainer and customer-keeper. Thus, kuando Busylight is a natural addition to MiVoice Office 250, giving it more value.

The Kuando Busylight automatically connects with the already existing presence profile features of Mitel Phone Manager, indicating to co-workers the users current status.

As well as displaying current status, the Busylight can be used to indicate to users if they have any notifications for missed calls, chats or voicemails. With the notification setting enabled, the Busylight will still show status but will also pulse to show users they have a notification waiting for them at their desk.
