Kuando Busylight offers a real-time display of Puzzel agents’ status while also acting as a alert system for incoming calls and emails. This reduces wait time for incoming calls while also increasing customer satisfaction due to the timely answer or returned calls. The LED presence light display acts as a “Do Not Disturb” sign when agents are in a call and automatically switches to reflect their availability.
