Built for EPOS SDW wireless headset systems. Unlike the standard kuando Busylight range, this model needs no software or install — it plugs directly into your EPOS base station and shows your call status as a light. Developed in close collaboration with EPOS as the direct replacement for their discontinued busy light, the UI 10 BL.

Why EPOS gets its own model
Standard Busylights read Teams, Zoom, or your softphone via software. EPOS headsets already know your call status at the hardware level, so this version skips software entirely — ideal for contact centres, help desks, sales floors, and any team already running EPOS wireless headsets who want visibility across the room without adding IT overhead.
Mounting
Same flexible mounting as Busylight Alpha — magnetic clip with a 180° rotating base. Clips to a monitor or laptop lid, compact enough to stay out of the way while staying visible across the floor.
